A Sept. 3 "change of plea hearing" was scheduled which, if finalized as it is proposed, would call for Rondo to plead guilty to the gun charge and have drug paraphernalia and marijuana charges dismissed. 

After being pulled over and searched Sunday, Rondo acknowledged he was not supposed to have a gun because he has an active protective order against him, according to an affidavit of arrest filed Tuesday by an Indiana State Police trooper.
