Police said in an update Saturday afternoon that the fourth victim had been located and all recovery efforts have ended.

A young girl believed to be around 3 years old was rescued from the home and taken to the hospital. 

Police say the daughter, who has Down Syndrome, went from 189 pounds to 86 pounds under her parents' care.
