The daughter of former Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel was taken into custody Monday as her case continues.

Indiana Department of Correction lists Noel as an inmate at New Castle Correctional Annex.

They claim they can't afford their mortgages and need the money to pay off potential restitution. 

Special Judge Larry Medlock said he wants to hear from those who were impacted by the allegations in the case against former Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel.
