This is the fifth lawsuit filed against the hotel and former massage therapist, Colin Stephenson. 

The lawsuit says the woman was "frozen in shock" as a result of the incident.

The lawsuit claims the massage therapist touched the woman in such a way that went "far beyond the scope of a massage."
