Closing arguments are scheduled for Monday morning in the trial of Brooks Houck and Joseph Lawson.

The Crystal Rogers murder trial is being closely watched across Kentucky and the country. 

Brooks Houck, Rogers' boyfriend at the time of her disappearance, and his alleged accomplice, Joseph Lawson, will stand trial in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Brooks Houck, Rogers' former boyfriend, is set to go before a jury on June 24 in Bowling Green.

The first trial in the murder of Crystal Rogers began Tuesday in Bowling Green nearly 10 years after the Bardstown mother went missing.

Bardstown residents said the community is "heartbroken" for the presumed death of Crystal Rogers.
