Nelson County Judge Charles Simms ruled the oral agreement of immunity between prosecutors and Lawson stipulated he had to be 100% honest with investigators.
The document, filed in Nelson Circuit Court, appears to be additional evidence from prosecutors arguing against Steve Lawson getting immunity for cooperating with investigators.
Lawson's attorney, Theodore Lavit, who spoke on his behalf, asked the judge for a bond hearing to lower Lawson’s bond from $500,000 cash.
Steve Lawson, who talked with Brooks Houck by phone the night after the disappearance of Crystal Rogers, has been indicted on charges of criminal conspiracy to commit murder and charge of tampering with physical evidence in the Rogers case.
