Three teens arrested Sunday after a lengthy, multi-agency pursuit that stretched across state lines are believed to be part of an organized vehicle theft crew that's reprogramming key fobs.

All three suspects have been charged with engaging in organized crime, fleeing police in a motor vehicle, tampering with physical evidence, criminal mischief, as well as multiple other charges.
