Getting residents moved is proving to be a slow process, and Louisville Metro Housing Authority is facing a big challenge facing apartments to move them into.

Dosker Manor has been plagued with issues, and Louisville Metro Housing Authority is moving ahead with plans to move people out of the troubled public housing complex.

Many residents have complained about mice, bugs, mold and crime at the public housing complex in downtown Louisville, and Louisville Metro Housing Authority Executive Director Elizabeth Strojan said its current condition is the result of "decades of neglect." 

Months after reports of bed bugs, mold, mice and other problems at the apartment community that houses mainly elderly and handicapped people, very little has been accomplished.
