Chelsey Napper and Cody Etherton sued Brett Hankison back in 2020, after some of the bullets he fired during the raid on Taylor's apartment went through walls and into their homes.

After several delays, Brett Hankison was ordered to turn himself in to begin serving his 33-month prison sentence.
