After nearly 40 years, Louisville's oldest comedy club is officially closing.
The Mid City Market project will likely feature a Publix grocery store and five retail buildings, but no residential building.
New renderings from the developer of Louisville's Mid City Mall property show a large grocery store surrounded by green space, smaller retail buildings and a lot of parking spaces.
The mall is home to The Caravan Comedy Club, Baxter Avenue Theatres, ValuMarket, as well as a branch of the Louisville Free Public Library.
