Entomologists from the Washington State Department of Agriculture on Thursday located the first-ever Asian giant hornet nest in the United States on a property in the town of Blaine.

Beekeepers across the country, such as in Kentucky and Tennessee, have announced plans to lay out traps for the murder hornets to protect their hives.

Just when you thought 2020 could not get any worse. Now we have giant hornets with freakish eyes and a venomous sting to add to this year's list of worries.
