The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) is accusing Duke Energy of collecting nearly $90 million more from customers than state regulators approved.

One of the expert witnesses for the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor blasted Duke Energy’s documentation as the most inadequate and unorganized he had seen in 39 years in the industry.
