Flooding from heavy rain in southern Indiana has forced organizers to cancel this year’s Star Valley Strawberry Festival in Borden.

Many residents are anxious to get back in their homes after having to evacuate because of flooding, but health officials urge people to use extreme caution.

Floyd and Clark counties took the brunt of the storms in the WDRB viewing area.
