The ruling prohibits Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear and "all other Commonwealth officials" from enforcing orders prohibiting drive-in services at the Maryville Baptist Church. 

Some signs at the rally read, "No king but Jesus," "Poverty kills too," and "My health, my choice."

According to Gov. Andy Beshear, the license plate information will be forwarded to local health departments, which will then present orders to self-quarantine for 14 days at the car owners' homes.
