Transportation may be restored for some Jefferson County Public Schools (JCPS) students before the end of the year, but some families it's too late.

Two Louisville parents filed a federal civil rights lawsuit Thursday alleging that local public school officials are discriminating against their children and other Black students by denying them transportation options for the upcoming school year.
