Gregory Bush is accused of killing Vickie Lee Jones and Maurice Stallard at the Jeffersontown Kroger store last year.

Doctors will evaluate whether the man accused of gunning down two black grandparents at the Jeffersontown Kroger is competent to stand trial.

Just before the hearing, Gregory Bush told attorneys that he wants to be present for future hearings because, in his words, "it's good to get out some."
