The first dual-branded Applebee's-IHOP restaurant opened Tuesday in Oldham County.
Jim's Seafood and Steaks announced on Facebook Tuesday that the restaurant has been sold to Buffalo Trace.
It will occupy the former Z's Oyster Bar location across from Derby City Gaming.
