Maj. Shannon Lauder claims she was sexually harassed by the male offer leading an investigation into an "adult pool party" thrown by the Lauders in which another officer filed a lawsuit claiming she was sexually harassed.

The party, at the home of Maj. Shannon Lauder and her husband, Lt. Jeff Lauder, has come under public scrutiny in recent weeks after an officer filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the department and the Lauders, claiming they were "grossly inappropriate" in making sexual comments and advances toward her.

The lawsuit filed Thursday makes claims against the major at the center of a sexual harassment investigation that prompted the suspension of Louisville's police chief.
