Joyce Mason moved out of Louisville's Dosker Manor affordable housing complex Friday, the 100th person to be moved from the place that will soon be demolished due to years of violence and substandard living conditions.

With a shortage of affordable housing options that will take Section 8 vouchers in the city, LMHA said it has a plan to help developers build new affordable housing.
