Louisville Metro Housing Authority broke ground for Iroquois Senior Living Community. It's located at 1465 Bicknell Avenue, near Taylor Boulevard, in the Hazelwood neighborhood.

New Directions received a $6.36 million grants from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for energy efficient renovations at its Directions Apartments.
