The crash was reported around 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, in the 4500 block of West Broadway.

The 19-year-old victim has been identified as Tyler Cole Hightower 

According to Aaron Ellis, a spokesman for the Louisville Metro Police Department, a call on a reported crash came in around 7 p.m.
