The Indiana Department of Transportation provided 80% of the funding for the project, with the Town of Clarksville's Redevelopment Commission covering the remaining 20%.

While it only took crews about 15 minutes to install the steel gate on Tuesday, it will provided years of safety for residents and businesses.
