According to a preliminary investigation, the National Weather Service believes the tornado that ripped through London, Kentucky, could've been an EF3.

NWS teams will be surveying in Laurel County Sunday and Monday to determine the strength of storms that hit that area. 

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear declared a state of emergency across the commonwealth as more severe storms head into the region on Tuesday.
