Mayor Craig Greenberg announced an action plan on Friday to remove debris and restore flood-damaged areas. 

The Ohio River is going down but the mess it left behind is why the Waterfront Park needs help to clean up.

The flood walls on 10th and 27th streets were closed to create a flood barrier.

A portion of River Road near the Belvedere in downtown Louisville is closed due to high water, while a part of Frankfort Avenue is also closed due to mud left behind from the water.
