CycLOUvia returned as bicycles, skateboards and more were ridden on the typically busy roadway. Bardstown Road was closed to motorists from Grinstead Drive to Douglass Boulevard.

Fourth Street between Cardinal Boulevard and Industry Road will get bike lanes in both directions.
