The developer wants to rezone land currently designated as a single-family residential and industrial district and designate it as a multifamily residential district. The project would create more than 300 new apartments in the area.

Nearly 90,000 notices will be mailed to homes and businesses that are affected in Prairie Village, Fairdale, Okolona, West Buechel, and the Iroquois neighborhood.
