A Jefferson County grand jury indicted a Louisville Metro Police officer this week for inaccuracies in his reported work hours.
According to LMPD Deputy Chief Ryan Bates, officers responded at 4:09 p.m. April 6 to a report that the suspect in a recent homicide, 18-year-old Nathan Walker, was at the Taco Bell on South 1st Street and West Broadway.
The incident happened about 2 a.m. on Monday.
Yoel Napoles-Ravelo, 32, was shot and killed in the 6600 block of Eagle Wood Drive, which is off Dixie Highway near the Gene Snyder Freeway, at 9:30 p.m.
