As former Clark County Sheriff Noel's involvement in New Chapel EMS as the CEO is under a microscope, officials in Floyd County are questioning their path forward with the company, their current EMS provider. 

In January, Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear and Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine announced more than $1.6 billion in federal funding for the project.
