Terrance Whitehead, 31, was arrested Tuesday after undercover detectives with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office pretended to be interested in buying the temporary tags.

The Louisville notaries arrested for selling fake temporary tags to an informant were arraigned Wednesday, and they now face new charges.
