A man accused of fatally shooting an Indiana police officer who came to his aid following a car crash was convicted Tuesday in the officer's slaying.
Timothy Hayes Jr. turned himself into the Marion County Jail on Tuesday and has been charged with criminal confinement and neglect of a dependent, according to Fox 59.
