For a third straight day, dozens of federal agents searched two rural Nelson County properties that were once owned by members of Brooks Houck's family in the latest investigation into Crystal Rogers' death.
"We literally just got appointed to this thing," said Louisville attorney Darren Wolff, who along with another attorney took over after Lawson recently fired attorney Ted lavit. "I am not 100 percent positive that we are going to be prepared to try the case in the time period that this court has scheduled for."
Joseph and Steve Lawson have a hearing scheduled in Nelson County Circuit Court at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday.
