The Louisville Economic Development Alliance, the brainchild of Mayor Craig Greenberg's administration, incorporated in early July and has approved bylaws and chosen its initial officers. 

The Louisville Economic Development Alliance, or LEDA, is at the center of a complaint filed by a former Metro employee, who claims top officials are violating city ethics and personnel rules.
