Thunder Over Louisville has been canceled due to flooding and severe weather, announced by Mayor Craig Greenberg on Saturday.
Venues on both sides of the Ohio River are making plans and selling tickets for prime viewing of the air show and fireworks.
The air show will feature some new aircraft and the fireworks show, according to its producers, will be bigger and better than ever.
