"There is nothing I can or will say that will be able to make anybody feel any better about what's happened," Michael Hurley said. 

A jury made a sentencing recommendation Tuesday for the man convicted of murder two years after running over a Kansas family in downtown Louisville.

Hurley is charged with murder, multiple counts of assault and driving under the influence. He is facing up to 70 years in prison.
