Louisville's main post office is once again facing complaints of mail delays despite a federal audit earlier this year that recommended changes at the facility.

Mail delays in Louisville have drawn the attention of the federal government, as the U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General (OIG) is now conducting four separate audits in the city.
