Brian Bailey is accused of coercing women into serving as confidential informants, and sexually assaulting them.

Four women working as confidential informants have publicly accused former detective Brian Bailey of sending explicit photos and forcing them to engage in sexual acts under the threat of criminal charges.

Det. Brian Bailey Bailey has been under investigation by the department’s Public Integrity Unit, which investigates officers for potential criminal charges, for at least 14 months over similar allegations made by two other women.

Police "knew as early as 2016 and did nothing" an attorney for two of the women said during a hearing last week.
