A camera at the Kentucky International Convention Center in downtown Louisville captured the moments someone opened fire at a nearby restaurant, leaving two people dead and hundreds scrambling for safety.
According to a news release from the Louisville Metro Police Department, 38-year-old Arthur Simson was arrested on Friday.
