LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Behind a pair of second-half goals, Louisville City FC defeated Lexington SC in the season-opening Commonwealth Cup.
Lexington took a 1-0 lead with a goal in the 17th minute.
But LouCity's Mukwelle Akale and Aiden McFadden both found the back of the net in the second half to pull ahead 2-1.

Lexington originally scored an equalizer but ruled off for a handball
LouCity will host Miami FC for the first home match of the season on Saturday, March 14, at 4 p.m.
