State leaders hope the collaboration will expand the state's COVID-19 testing capacity so health officials can receive timely updates on individuals who may carry the virus.
Testing — for pre-screened patients only — will be done in the parking lot of the Floyd County Health Department.
Kentucky and Indiana now have at least 300 positive cases of the novel coronavirus combined between the two states.
