Hoosiers will see several big changes to COVID-19 restrictions over the next couple of weeks.
The city in Indiana announced Tuesday that it will close Spring Street to traffic from 6 to 11 p.m. on Friday nights as part of the Shoe Sensation's Jammin in Jeff at the RiverStage summer concert series.
