LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A little sauce or dip goes a long way to creating a special meal. But what many people don't realize is that a aioli is a great way to dress up everything from an entree to a veggie tray. Martini Italian Bistro Chef Allen Hubbard has a few simple variations to share starting with Red Gold Tomatoes. They are easy to make and can be added to many favorite recipes including the classic American favorite, the BLT as well as Veggie Pizza, Fish Tacos and more.

Flat Bread Veggie Pizza with Garlic Aioli
Servings: 4
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
½ cup light mayonnaise
1 (14.5 ounce) cans Red Gold&® Petite Diced Tomatoes with Garlic & Olive Oil
4 flat bread
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 medium green bell pepper, or orange bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
Directions
Combine mayonnaise and Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes with Garlic & Olive Oil or Red Gold Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano to make the Garlic Aioli, then spread a layer onto flat bread
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Sprinkle with green/orange bell pepper and top with cheese.
Bake pizza for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Just before serving, sprinkle with fresh basil
Variation - Place cooked chicken strips over the top of the aioli before adding green bell pepper (or whatever veggies you'd like) and cheese - other vegetables can also easily be added to the flat bread with the bell pepper. Or you can slice into thirds and serve as an appetizer
