LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- It's the final week of baseball for the Louisville Bats this season.
The Bats started their last home stretch with an 8-4 loss to the Iowa Cubs.
Bats President Greg Galliette (along with Buddy Bat!) joined WDRB Mornings Wednesday to let the fans know about the upcoming events planned for the team's last home stretch.
"We've got a lot going on," Galliette said. "It's hard to keep track of everything we've got going on. So today, we actually play baseball at 12:05 p.m. It's our senior day, so actually after the game, there will be a special post-game senior stroll around the bases -- not kids running the bases, seniors run the bases."
On Thursday, Sept. 21, it's Thirsty Thursday with $2 beers and $3 hot dogs and nachos. Bring your best four-legged companion for Hops & Hounds, where dogs can run the bases after the game, and Gaillete said "we even have a dog food truck" for furry fans.
Friday night brings a lot of fun and excitement with Copa de la Diversion, a celebration of Louisville's diverse Hispanic and Latino population. And don't miss getting your mystery bobblehead upon entry into the stadium. $6 margaritas, a food truck, Hot Wheels Monster Truck showcase and fireworks after the game round out the night.
On Saturday, it's all about the fight against cancer as the Bats will be wearing special Strikeout Cancer Night uniforms. There will also be another mystery bobblehead giveaway, a Las Carnitas food truck and fireworks.
Sunday rounds out the season with Fan Appreciation Day. Fans can enjoy $2 hot dogs, popcorn, chips and soda. Brings the kids out for Kids Day where kids get in for $5, and can enjoy inflatables, a free kids meal and run the bases after the game. It is also 502 Connect Night as the Bats will be wearing their fan-favorite 502 Connect jerseys and hats.

This has been a memorable year for the Bats.
Reds star Joey Votto played some rehab games here, and the team has sent a couple of very talented young players to the Reds, such as Elly De La Cruz.
With the season ending, there will still be a chance to support the Louisville Bats and have fun at the ballpark.
Trick or Treat at the Ballpark is Saturday, Oct. 21. There will be trick or treating, a costume contest, pumpkin decorating, face painting and a Halloween Movie to end the night. Tickets are $5 for children, $7.50 for adults and kids two and under get in free.
