LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Crock pots are great for families on the go. And an easy white chili recipe can be even easier by making it with deli roasted chicken. Kroger Chef Paul Dowell shows a quick, make-ahead dinner that's perfect for fall evenings.

White Chili

Makes 10 to 12 servings.

1 Kroger Deli Roasted Chickens (meat picked & chopped)

1-10 oz. pkg. Kroger Produce Fresh Pico de Gallo

2-15.5 oz. cans Kroger Great Northern Beans (drained & rinsed)

1 c. Kroger Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese

1 c. Kroger Mild Tomatillo Salsa Verde

½ tsp. Kroger Ground Cayenne Pepper

½ tsp. Kroger Dry Oregano Leaf

½ tsp. Kosher Salt

1-32 oz. pkg. Kroger Low Sodium Chicken Broth

Optional Toppings

As Desired Thin Sliced Green Onion

As Desired Sour Cream

As Desired Tortilla Strips

As Desired Sliced Avocado

Combine chicken, pico de gallo, beans, cheese, salsa & seasonings in a large crock pot.

Pour chicken stock over all the ingredients & gently stir to incorporate.

Cook soup in crock pot on low setting for up to 8 hours or high setting for 4 hours.

Serve soup piping hot & let your family add in their favorite toppings.

For a little more heat, add a diced jalapeno in with the pico de gallo.
