Not much is left of the Jim Beam bourbon warehouse that went up in flames on Tuesday night.
The fire caused bourbon to spill into the river from the warehouse -- and the effects are lethal for the fish.
Adjusting for inflation, the Jim Beam agreement is similar in size to the civil penalty agreed to by Wild Turkey for its 2000 spill.
