The Parking Authority of River City (PARC) wants to add 328 meters in a 2.3 mile stretch of the Highlands.
"In a written statement, Ben Reno-Weber said it's just a study about where parking meters along the Bardstown Road corridor currently are and where they COULD be" and no final decisions have been made.
It’s clear many people along Bardstown Road don’t want parking meters but the future of the proposal is still up in the air.
