Brooks Houck, one of three men convicted in the murder of Bardstown mother Crystal Rogers, has been transferred to a different prison in Kentucky.
Houck was being housed at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Johnson County after being transferred from theĀ Oldham County Detention CenterĀ in November.
Attorneys for Brooks Houck filed an appeal with the Kentucky Supreme Court, asking that Houck's conviction in the murder of Crystal Rogers be thrown out.
