LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Saturday afternoon families could get a taste around the world all while staying put right here in Louisville.
It was the third annual International Food Truck Festival at Waterfront Park. More than 25 trucks were set up to offer some of the tastiest treats as many of them had long lines because hundreds of people checked out what was being offered.
From cheesecakes, to mac 'n cheese balls, to ice cream and Italian, there was something to please every taste bud.
"We really do Farmer's Markets predominantly, we own a farm and the food we serve out of the truck comes from the farm or from farmers that we work with directly," Dennis Dupon, a food truck vendor, said.
Many of those who took part Saturday said it was a very profitable event.
