LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The worlds of pop culture and anime met in Jeffersontown on Sunday for the Louisville Anime Fest.

The annual convention was held at Triple Crown Pavilion with toys, video games, magazines, cosplay, artwork and jewelry.

There were also panels where fans could talk with voice actors and artists and take part in meet-and-greets.

"When I said I do the voice for these characters and just to see that hit them and go, 'Oh my god," it's amazing to know that you have that affect on people," voice actor Greg Dulcie said.

There was also fan trivia, a lip sync contest and a cosplay contest.
