LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Air Force 2 was spotted at Louisville's airport Friday afternoon, but it wasn't immediately clear whether Vice President JD Vance was on board.
Officials with the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport said the plane touched down late Friday afternoon.
At last check, a stop in Louisville was not included on the vice president's public schedule for Friday.
According to the FAA website, temporary flight restrictions are in place around Valhalla Golf Club in eastern Jefferson County until 9 p.m. Friday for "VIP travel."
Another set of temporary flight restrictions are in effect in the area of the Lexington airport from 8:45 p.m. Friday through 11 a.m. Sunday, July 12.
