LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Louisville Zoo is hosting a series of weekend events featuring popular comic book superheroes for kids of all ages.Â
The "Meet Me at the Zoo" event series starts March 15, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. That's when superheroes will be on hand to greet their fans and pose for pictures. Character meet and greets are FREE with Zoo admission or a Louisville Zoo membership, according to a news release.Â
There will also be a chance for guests to learn about some of their favorite animals and their own wild "superpowers."

May 17
Meet Me at the Zoo: Storybook Character Day featuring Curious George, Clifford the Big Red Dog, Pete the Cat, the Bernstein Bears (Brother and Sister Bear), Llama Llama, and Paddington Bear.
June 8
Meet Me at the Zoo: Royal Rendezvous will feature princesses who have traveled from faraway lands.Â
August 9
Meet Me at the Zoo: Pirate Party lets guests set sail on an awesome adventure as some of the most notorious scallywags on the high seas raid the Zoo.
Meet Me at the Zoo is presented by Norton Children's.
